Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague has spoken about buying a house with boyfriend Tommy Fury, while telling her 5.2 million followers she recently pulled out after putting an offer in.

The loved-up pair have been dating since 2019 after meeting in the Love Island villa and currently live in a stylish Manchester pad.

However, the pair are currently renting and they’ve expressed their wish to move to somewhere they own, and Molly, 21, admitted they’d very nearly signed on the dotted line.

Molly added that there had since been a change in direction and, after months and months of searching, she’d pulled out of the offer.

The stunning blonde opened up on her decision during a candid Instagram Q&A with fans.

She said: “It got the furthest it’s ever got last week and we actually put an offer in on a house but Tommy hates me so much,” while laughing.

Molly added: “We went to see the house again after we put the offer in, and I was like, ‘I don’t like it’. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

“We were driving past the house and I got out the car and went to look in through the windows because we were all excited about it and then I just had this epiphany and was like, ‘Tommy, I just don’t see us living in this house. I don’t see us in that kitchen cooking dinner, it doesn’t feel right’.”

Molly shared that she retracted the offer after not being able to see herself and Tommy living in the new abode.

She added: “And just like that, we are back to square one again so that’s where we are at so far.

“I am the fussy one out of us two and I will continue to be fussy because I think you’ve got to be fussy in this situation.

“I think buying a house is a huge thing and we are back to the drawing board.”

Molly’s admission comes after she admitted she hated their old apartment, and that moving out made her “feel like a new person.”

The former Love Island star has confessed she hated her old flat in Manchester as it was “cold and uninviting”.

Posting a throwback snap from her time spent there with 21 year old Tommy on her birthday in 2020, the star opened up on how the place had a negative impact on her.

The photo shows Molly-Mae, also 21, dressed in a white hoodie and jogging bottoms alongside a pair of slippers as she jumps on her beau, who is wearing black shorts.

At the time, she had captioned it: “tommytbtfury 21st lockdown birthdays [laughing emoji] the joys!” [sic]

Looking back on those days, Molly-Mae explained that while she made lovely memories there that she’ll keep forever, it was not the nicest place to live.

“Just seen this [eyes emoji] cute but was has this made me remember how much I hated our old apartment…” she wrote. “The most cold and uninviting space.”
